  3. Advance fee needs to be paid. Make checks payable to the Lehigh County Sheriff's Office
  4. For Allegheny, Delaware, Lancaster, Monroe, and Westmoreland Counties, you need to complete their own Order for Service Form in addition to Lehigh County's Order for Service Form.
